Refund policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order due to change of mind or size, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, or an exchange of product, to the original payment method minus postage charges. If the product is faulty you can return the product in exchange for a store credit, an exchange of product or a refund, to the original payment method minus postage charges.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted item/s are final and CANNOT be returned or exchanged
- Returned item/s must not have been washed
- Returned item/s must have no visible signs of wear or use
- The item/s will be inspected before a store credit, exchange of product or refund is to be agreed upon
- If the item/s are received back and are not in the NEW ORIGINAL CONDITION, we will not exchange, credit or refund the item/s
- If an item/s is received damaged, please send a photo within 48 hours to boldbrightboutique@gmail.com
- Item/s ordered through a PRE-ORDER are final. The above applies (store credit, exchange or refund if faulty) once the items have been received by the customer. If you wish to cancel your preorder a restocking fee will apply of 30% of the order, minus postage.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Please make contact with us by the “contact now” button or via email boldbrightboutique@gmail.com
- Please supply a screenshot of your order and note of the item you wish to return/exchange
- Post the item back at your own expense
Additional Information:
- Once the item/s are received, are inspected and deemed to be in the new original condition as when they were sent. Your refund (if item is faulty), replacement product, or store credit will be applied
- Shipping fees for item/s to be returned are to be paid by the customer
- Should your parcel go missing, please contact us immediately
- Bold & Bright Boutique requires 72 hours to follow up missing parcels
